Meetups are meetings self-organized by delegates, and can happen at any time during the conference or preconference, mainly in bars and open spaces or near the Community Village or in the Primary School. We suggest to organize meetups between 9.00 and 10.00 and between 18.00 and 19.00.
All rooms at the school have either a projector or a monitor. Please specify if you need the projector because we use these also as backup or for special events. In general all rooms can accommodate 20-25 people.
