The meetup "WMF ED search" aims to allow any Wikipedian to provide in-person feedback to the search committee and our executive search partner.

Details

The meetup will start with a brief overview of the search process to date (including highlights from the upcoming) community survey) before opening up the discussion to focus on topics such as the Executive Director’s: role definition; ideal career track record; leadership attributes; and critical success factors. Members of the ED seach steering group will be there as well as Kathleen Yazbak from Viewcrest Advisors.
