- Location: would a restaurant/bar be suitable? any needs?
- Date: during the Hackathon (Wednesday 22 June 2016) and during the conference (Saturday 25 June 2016)

- I would like a pre-conference meetup that includes training and tutorial, so that people who are interested can coordinate and ask others to exchange keys during the conference. Please reserve a space and time during the preconference when reservation is opened. During the conference, maybe there could be a designated place in some break for people to join.
