Welcome to the Press area of Wikimania 2016! If you are a journalist and you are interested in covering Wikimania, or want your media outlet to have access to the event, please follow these instructions:
Accreditation to event
Journalists who have already written about Wikimania, invited journalists and journalists covering the event for specific media can receive the registration code for the press which allows full access to the conference from June 22 until June 26 2016. We have already sent the code to our press list; you can request it at esino2016

Please note that at Wikimania some people do not authorize photos and videos: you can recognize people who do not want to be photographed or filmed by the green lanyard.
Press room
Please refer to the registration desk in Piazza Italia to register once you arrive. During Wikimania, from Wednesday 22 until Sunday 26 June 2016, Villa Clotilde in Esino Lario will be used for interviews.
