Biblioteca condominiale

Piú che altro a me piacerebbe scambiare libri coi soci Wikimedia Italia (per scambiarli coi miei concittadini basta che li doni alle biblioteche rionali). Ho comprato un po' di libri relativi alle mie attività in WMI che poi però non voglio tenere, quindi pensavo o di donarli alla biblioteca piú vicina alla sede di WMI (che è a 2 km) o di lasciarli semplicemente negli scaffali in sede. Il problema è che la gente li trovi e che non vadano persi. Forse aNobii/GoodReads + Bookcrossing può funzionare, non so. Nemo 19:15, 30 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Grazie per il commento. Beh, quello lo puoi fare presso la nuova sede, immagino. Se ti preoccupi che si "perdano", allora il bookcrossing non è l'iniziativa che cerchi. A me sta benissimo usare il sistema di BookCrossing, ma immagino sia proprietario/chiuso/quant'altro che poi la gente si lamenta (per quanto ci si possa anche accedere con credenziali social, se ricordo bene, quindi l'accesso in sé non è in realtà un vero problema-il fatto che sia un sito terzo magari sì). --Elitre (talk) 17:05, 31 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ho (ri?)registrato Wikimedia Italia a GoodReads e BookCrossing e sono riuscito a inserire un libro, ma è estremamente laborioso: ci ho messo parecchi minuti e due libri su tre non li ha trovati mediante ISBN, persino quando già noti. C'è modo di registrare una serie di libri tramite ISBN? Qui in sede al momento ne abbiamo 62. In caso contrario tenderei a importarli solo in GoodReads specificando che sono qui, mi sembra piú pratico. Nemo 09:42, 1 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi User:MCruz (WMF), thanks for offering help! Have you perhaps already drafted something?

I don't think we want 2 different labels for books to share and books to be left in Esino.

I thought that it'd be great to also have some labels (4 in a A4 sheet) printed to give in Esino for people who haven't labelled their book before.

(If the office has sticking paper and/or you can print some of those and bring them with you, I'd appreciate that. Otherwise, I'll be photocopying whatever you design, and bring glue/adhesive tape as well.)

I think it'd be nice if we used TWL references (the owl? probably its license will need to be mentioned, and then I believe gold and grey as colors? or you know, whatever's handier).
A QR code should point to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/The_Wikipedia_Library/Books_in_Esino_Lario .
Field for nick/name of the person who releases the book;
Field to state whether book is up for swapping or meant to be donated to Esino;
Reminder to scan code or go to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/The_Wikipedia_Library/Books_in_Esino_Lario to add "tracking" info to table;
A space for a short personal message.

Hi Elitre, we can print the poster at the office, but someone has to create it. I can't take this on at this point. Also, please note that since we are printing many posters with support from Office IT, the deadline to submit a poster for us to print is this Wednesday, June 15.
