The site visit 9-10 May 2015 is meant to allow representatives of the Wikimedia Foundation to verify Esino Lario as the site for Wikimania 2016. Furthermore the visit is also a chance to allow our team to meet and to continue the work for the preparation of Wikimania Esino Lario 2016. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to suggest any change to the program to make it more suitable for your interests and expectations.

9.30-10.00	At the Bar restaurant 58, meeting of the Communication team.
10.30-12.00	At the Primary School. Wikipedia training. Three simultaneous sessions of 20 minutes each about Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons and OpenStreetMap and Wikivoyage. To get a sense of the Wikimedia projects, people can attend each of them, one after the other.	Around the village — Visit to Wikimania meeting rooms. Meeting rooms at Wikimania Esino Lario.
12.30-14.30	Lunch. 10–15 euro per person.
15.00-16.30	At the Theatre of the Kindergarten. Wikimania risk assessment: personal safety, emergencies, accessibility, fire, electricity, lightnings, connectivity, regulations, traffic and mobility.	Around the village — Visit to different kind of accommodation we will be using at Wikimania. Accommodation at Wikimania Esino Lario.
17.00-18.00	At the Theatre of the Kindergarten. Meeting the community. Presentation of Wikimania Esino Lario and the team. 17.00 Introduction and welcome of the Prefectural Commissioner Aldo Panebianco and the president of Associazione Amici del Museo delle Grigne Onlus / Ecomuseo delle Grigne Carlo Maria Pensa. 17.05 Overview of Wikimania Esino Lario 2016 by Iolanda Pensa. 17.20 The Wikimania Esino Lario team in the key areas of infrastructures, connectivity, accommodation, safety and connectivity. 17.30 Impact of the project on the provincial and regional territory and cooperation with local institutions and administrations. Questions and discussion.
19.00-21.00	Dinner TBD. Meeting during dinner of the Communication team.
