A significant portion of the resources available to Wikimedia Israel is based on in-kind donations. This includes more than 4,000 hours of volunteers' work (in 2015), free venues for conferences and meetups, free guided tours for Wikimedians and Google Ad Grants. Proper management of in-kind donations is crucial for the scalability of chapters and other Wikimedia affiliates, and yet this issue has not been sufficiently addressed in the Wikimedia Movent so far. We would like to present our system of collecting and documenting in-kind donation and our work with Google Ad Grants.
