Abstract

There are tensions between the Wikimedia organizations and the volunteers since the beginning. And even between Wikimedia organizations (Foundation, Chapters, Funds Dissemination Committee) there are misunderstandings, tensions, and questions of areas of responsibilities. This talk it about the self-perception of the parts of the Wikimedia Movement, the demand of respect by the volunteers, and the bad influence of big amounts of money.
