Abstract

Machine learning is the science of getting computers to act with a specific capacity of "learning". Machine learning has given us self-driving cars, practical speech recognition, effective web search, and a big capacity to give answers in complex problems.

The "natural language processing" is a specific application of machine learning which helps computers to read, elaborate, and understand texts. In this case the computer understand a text "semantically" and is also able to write articles.

The proposal would open a discussion to understand what could be a future scenario in case the bots used by Wikimedia projects would be able to learn and to operate more closely to a normal human activity.

The idea is to bring some experts and to have a discussion with them about a future scenario.
